Modding
- Ships do not equip mods. Improve the relevant pilots’ level, stars, gear, abilities and equipped mod level/rarity, together with the ship’s abilities. A pilot Speed secondary does not directly become ship Speed. These are preparation priorities, not measured minimum gear.
- Bonus tier: upgrade your own capital ship’s abilities and pilot. The borrowed strength of the first four battles does not carry into this stage.
Gameplay
- Start Rey’s Falcon, Resistance X-wing and Poe’s X-wing. A Resistance ally using a Special while it has Foresight reduces Holdo Maneuver’s cooldown; check the buff before choosing the action.
- Against Negotiator, keep the three Resistance starters alive long enough to call Hound’s Tooth and accelerate Holdo Maneuver. After destroying Negotiator, finish Anakin when exposed; if repeated healing makes the tank battle stall, remove available Consular or Plo Koon instead of endlessly hitting a recovering tank.
- Use Ace Maneuver to give a Resistance fighter Foresight and an assist. Recharge Deflectors sustains a threatened fighter, and Outlast restores the fleet’s Protection; its debuff cleanse depends on its ability upgrade.
- Call Hound’s Tooth first and establish Taunt. Follow with Ebon Hawk for utility, Ahsoka for a buff dispel or Lando for damage as needed; the displayed reserve order is a default, not a requirement to wait for the wrong ship.
- Use Holdo Maneuver when ready: it sacrifices Raddus and destroys the opposing capital ship. It does not automatically win against the remaining fighters. Keep an attacker alive and finish the damaged enemies with focused attacks.
Restarts & further notes
Restart if
- If the tank falls before a dangerous enemy is removed, review pilot investment and the timing of Taunt, dispels and recovery. Repeating the same opening does not resolve an underpowered damage dealer.
